Step out the back door and go surfing or just watch the sealife. Relax in our sauna or sit in the hot tub while you listen to the waves crash. Watch HDTV while you catch up on work with our free wifi. Ride one of our bikes down the street to the the harbor. It is home to nine marinas, unique shopping, and great waterfront restaurants. You can hop on a boat for a fishing excursion, whale watching or a trip to the channel islands. Or, drive up the coast to Santa Barbara for world-class entertainment, dining and wineries.

Rates
Summer (June - August):
$2995/week - 1 week minimum (Friday to Friday).
Winter (September to Feb):
$295/nt or $1995/week - 3 night minimum
Spring (March - May):
$395/nt or $2495/week - 3 night minimum
4th of July Week
$3500 for the week
Other Holidays:
$495/nt - 3 night minimum
Note: In addition to the rental rate, a check for $125 must be left at checkout made out to the cleaning company.
Terms: 50% deposit to reserve the home plus 50% due 30 days prior to your stay.
Please note: Pets are permitted only on a case by case basis. Please inquire with the owner if you would like to bring your pet. Upon approval, an additional pet fee of $150 applies.
